PADI TEC 40 (Sidemount Configuration):
TEC 40 Certifies you to:
1. Plan and make decompression dives with not more than 10 minutes of
decompression using a decompression gas, or not more than 15 minutes of
decompression using bottom gas, and not deeper than 40 metres/130 feet.
2. Dive with a redundant gas source in sidemount cofiguration.
3. Use a single cylinder of decompression gas with up to 50 percent oxygen (EANx 50) for decompression.
Course Duration: 3 - 4 Days
Minimum age: 18 years
Diver Prerequisites
1. PADI Advanced Open Water Diver with PADI Rescue Diver recommended
2. PADI Enriched Air Diver
3. PADI Deep Diver or proof of 10 dives to 30 metres/100 feet or deeper
4. 30 logged dives
5. 18 years old

The course is done on Three stages, Theoretical Lectures, Practical Applications and Training Dives
1. Theoretical Lectures: Will be through E-Learning & online lectures
2. Practical Applications: Four Practical Applications will be held over the course period
3. Training Dives: 4 Training dives with progression to reach 40M and decompress to a max of 10mins using one DECO Gas NITROX up to 50%
4. At the end of the course you will receive an international PADI TEC 40 Diver License
